CORE Wellness Blood Work Panel
Core Blood Panel: $131-$381

The Basics Matter. Know Your Numbers. Support Your Health.

You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to check in on your health!

Your body is constantly changing, and routine bloodwork can give you valuable insight into how it’s functioning. From blood sugar and nutrient levels to liver and kidney health, understanding your numbers can help you make better decisions about your wellness.

Our CORE Wellness Blood Work Panel focuses on some of the most important markers of everyday health without the extensive testing included in our larger panels.

Whether you’re checking in on your health, monitoring your progress, or simply wanting a better understanding of your body, CORE is a great place to start.

Our goal is to help you stay informed, recognize changes, and take a proactive approach to your long-term wellness.

What Does the CORE Panel Evaluate?

Our CORE Panel focuses on six important areas of testing, giving us insight into your blood health, blood sugar regulation, insulin levels, iron status, vitamin D, and metabolic function.

These markers can help us better understand how your body is managing energy, processing nutrients, regulating blood sugar, and supporting everyday functions.

What’s Included in Our CORE Wellness Panel?

Our CORE Wellness Panel includes a complete blood count (CBC) with differential to evaluate red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets; iron studies, including ferritin, serum iron, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), and unsaturated iron-binding capacity (UIBC) to assess iron status and storage; hemoglobin A1c with estimated average glucose (eAG) to look at blood sugar trends over the past two to three months; and insulin to provide additional insight into blood sugar regulation. We also include a comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) to evaluate markers related to liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, and metabolism, along with vitamin D (25-hydroxy) to assess vitamin D status.

Together, these tests give us a useful snapshot of several foundational areas of your health without requiring our more extensive bloodwork panels.

Who Is This Panel For?

Our CORE Wellness Panel is a great option for clients who:

  • Want a routine wellness check-in
  • Want to monitor changes in their health over time
  • Are making nutrition or lifestyle changes and want to track progress
  • Have concerns about blood sugar regulation
  • Want to check their iron or vitamin D levels
  • Are working on improving their metabolic health
  • Want a simpler starting point before considering more comprehensive testing

You don’t need to have symptoms to benefit from routine bloodwork. Sometimes the best time to check your numbers is when you’re feeling good!

Where Should You Start With Bloodwork?

More testing isn’t always better. Sometimes we just need the right information to know where to begin.

While our Bigger Panels gives us a deeper look at multiple body systems, not everyone needs that level of testing right away.

Our CORE Wellness Panel allows us to start with some of the most important markers of your health, giving us a clearer picture of blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, and overall metabolic function without running an extensive panel.

Sometimes these results give us exactly the information we need to begin making meaningful changes. Other times, they help us identify which areas deserve a closer look so we can be more intentional about additional testing.

We don’t believe in running every test just because we can. We believe in choosing the testing that makes sense for your symptoms, health history, and wellness goals.

Start with what you need. Go deeper when there’s a reason.

What Happens After My Bloodwork?

Getting your results is just the beginning!

During your Lab Review, your practitioner will walk through your results, explain what they mean, and discuss any patterns or areas that may need additional attention.

From there, we’ll develop a personalized wellness plan that may include nutrition changes, lifestyle adjustments, targeted supplements, additional testing, or other supportive services.

For many clients, the CORE Panel can also be useful for periodic follow-up testing to see how their numbers are changing over time.

How Do I Get Started?

Once you schedule your appointment, our team will arrange your lab order and provide instructions for completing your blood draw at a convenient LabCorp location near you.

Please complete your intake paperwork promptly so our team can prepare your lab order. We generally recommend scheduling a morning blood draw after fasting for at least 10 hours, unless your practitioner provides different instructions.

Your results will be reviewed during your scheduled appointment, typically at least three weeks after your blood draw.

Not sure whether CORE is the right panel for you? Give our team a call or use our website chat. We’re happy to help you choose the best starting point for your wellness goals.

New Patient Essentials

Once your appointment has been accepted by Health Inc., you’ll receive a confirmation email with your intake forms. Please complete these within 48 hours of booking. The forms take approximately 45 minutes and allow our team to fully prepare for your visit. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.

Bloodwork Options
We offer two ways to support your lab work:
  • New Labs: We can order comprehensive bloodwork for you to complete at a LabCorp location near you.
  • Existing Labs: If you’ve had bloodwork completed within the last six months, we’re happy to review those results.

If you would like us to review recent labs, please email them to our office after booking your first visit and schedule an Existing Blood Work Review appointment.

Ordering Your Labs

Once your appointment is booked and your intake forms are completed, our team will place your lab order. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to schedule your blood draw at LabCorp.

Your Blood Work Review Appointment

During your Blood Work Review appointment, we’ll complete a thorough review of your results and create a personalized, whole-body plan to support your health and wellness goals. This visit is designed to help you clearly understand what’s happening in your body and feel confident in your next steps.

Please plan to join this appointment from a computer, as we’ll be sharing and reviewing documents together on screen. Ongoing follow-up check-in appointments are often recommended to provide continued support, guidance, and accountability as you begin your care with us.

After your blood draw, please allow at least three weeks before scheduling your Blood Work Review appointment to ensure we have adequate time to receive and carefully review your results.

Your Next Steps

Booking Your Blood Work Appointment

Please book your appointment for two weeks out. After your appointment has been accepted by Health Inc., you will get a confirmation email with your intake forms. These forms must be completed within 48 hours to give us the information needed to order your bloodwork and will take about 30 minutes to complete. Once we receive the paperwork, we will email instructions for making an appointment at your local LabCorp. We are only able to send these out Monday through Thursday. Any appointment made Friday- Sunday will be sent the following Monday. You will want to arrive at your blood draw in a fasting state of at least 10 hours, so we recommend making a morning appointment. When you meet with the doctor, you should arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled. If your review will be virtual, you should have access to your computer to see the report as it is reviewed with you. In this first appointment, you will review your blood work, be given an action plan for healing, and have your questions about your blood work answered.

After Your Bloodwork Review

We recommend checking in with your doctor or practitioner about a month after this appointment. This ensures the action plan they set for you is going well and nothing needs to be shifted. They will let you know if they would like to run any other specific labs as a follow-up.
