Marissa Marsh is a holistic wellness practitioner focused on helping individuals restore resilience in their bodies, nervous systems, and daily lives. Her work integrates functional nutrition, movement, emotional processing, and lifestyle strategy to address the deeper stress patterns that often sit at the root of fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and chronic health challenges.

At Health Inc. Wellness Center, Marissa works with individuals and families to uncover underlying stressors impacting health and performance. Her focus includes nervous system evaluations, emotional detox work, athletic and lifestyle performance support, and practical wellness strategies that help clients move from simply managing symptoms to rebuilding foundational health.

Marissa is the co-creator of All Natural Family Doc, an educational platform designed to help families navigate holistic health with clarity and practical tools. She also co-created Brain Food That Works, a line of nutritional products developed to support cognitive function and brain performance. In addition to working with clients, Marissa plays an active role in shaping the wellness experience at Health inc., helping ensure that patient care reflects the center’s guiding philosophy: when the body is supported properly, it has the capacity to heal and adapt.

Her background combines advanced wellness training with a deep understanding of the body through movement. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance and is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Her training also includes advanced work in muscle testing, functional lab interpretation, and practitioner-level nutritional supplementation protocols, along with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Wisdom Coaching, and Raindrop Technique.

Marissa’s work centers on helping people reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies. Through private consultations, retreats, and educational programs, she teaches practical frameworks that help individuals regulate their nervous systems, restore metabolic and emotional balance, and build sustainable wellness practices that support long-term vitality.
