Performance Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to objectively measure an athlete’s physical capabilities, skill levels, and overall performance metrics. By analyzing movement patterns, strength, endurance, agility, and other key performance factors, we provide a detailed understanding of current abilities and areas for improvement.

This evaluation helps identify potential injury risks, informs tailored training programs, and supports skill development. The goal is to give athletes actionable insights that maximize performance, reduce injury likelihood, and help them reach and maintain their peak potential on the field, court, or in competition.

Did you know that a detailed performance assessment can reveal both strengths and potential injury risks before they affect your game? Your first Performance Evaluation session is designed to give you a complete picture of your current abilities and provide insights to improve your performance safely and effectively.

Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive an email with intake forms specific to your first visit. Please complete these forms within 48 hours of booking—they take approximately 30–45 minutes and allow our team to prepare a personalized assessment for you.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in before your session. During the evaluation, your practitioner will perform a series of tests to assess strength, agility, endurance, movement mechanics, and other performance metrics. You’ll leave with an initial understanding of your abilities, potential areas of risk, and recommendations for targeted improvement.

Your Next Steps

After your initial Performance Evaluation, follow-up sessions may be recommended to monitor progress, adjust training programs, and continue developing your skills. Regular assessments help track improvements, reduce injury risk, and ensure your training is optimized to achieve peak athletic performance.
