Hormone Blood Panel
Foundational Blood Panel with Hormones: $515-$1500

Hormones influence nearly every system in the body from energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, weight, stress resilience, and reproductive health to how you feel day-to-day. Our Foundational Blood Panel with Hormones combines our comprehensive wellness blood work with an in-depth hormone evaluation to provide a more complete picture of how your body is functioning. While many people focus only on hormone levels, hormone health is often influenced by factors such as blood sugar balance, nutrient status, inflammation, thyroid function, liver health, and stress response. This panel allows us to evaluate both the foundations of wellness and the key hormones that help regulate how your body communicates and functions.

This panel includes:

• Everything included in our Foundational Blood Panel
• Comprehensive thyroid assessment, including thyroid hormones and thyroid antibodies
• Female and male hormone markers, including progesterone, estradiol, testosterone, DHEA, pregnenolone, and SHBG
• Blood sugar, insulin, and metabolic health markers
• Inflammation and cardiovascular risk markers
• Iron, vitamin, mineral, and nutrient status
• Liver function and detoxification support markers

This panel is ideal for individuals experiencing:

• Fatigue or low energy

• Weight loss resistance

• Mood swings, anxiety, or irritability

• Poor sleep

• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating

• Low libido

• Irregular menstrual cycles

• PMS symptoms

• Perimenopause or menopause concerns

• Hormone-related wellness challenges

Hormone health cannot be viewed in isolation. This panel helps us understand how your hormones are functioning within the bigger picture of your overall health, allowing us to create a personalized wellness plan focused on supporting balance, resilience, and long-term wellness.

New Patients

New Patient Essentials

Once your appointment has been accepted by Health Inc., you’ll receive a confirmation email with your intake forms. Please complete these within 48 hours of booking. The forms take approximately 45 minutes and allow our team to fully prepare for your visit. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.

Bloodwork Options
We offer two ways to support your lab work:
  • New Labs: We can order comprehensive bloodwork for you to complete at a LabCorp location near you.
  • Existing Labs: If you’ve had bloodwork completed within the last six months, we’re happy to review those results.

If you would like us to review recent labs, please email them to our office after booking your first visit and schedule an Existing Blood Work Review appointment.

Ordering Your Labs

Once your appointment is booked and your intake forms are completed, our team will place your lab order. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to schedule your blood draw at LabCorp.

Your Blood Work Review Appointment

During your Blood Work Review appointment, we’ll complete a thorough review of your results and create a personalized, whole-body plan to support your health and wellness goals. This visit is designed to help you clearly understand what’s happening in your body and feel confident in your next steps.

Please plan to join this appointment from a computer, as we’ll be sharing and reviewing documents together on screen. Ongoing follow-up check-in appointments are often recommended to provide continued support, guidance, and accountability as you begin your care with us.

After your blood draw, please allow at least three weeks before scheduling your Blood Work Review appointment to ensure we have adequate time to receive and carefully review your results.

Your Next Steps

Booking Your Blood Work Appointment

Please book your appointment for two weeks out. After your appointment has been accepted by Health Inc., you will get a confirmation email with your intake forms. These forms must be completed within 48 hours to give us the information needed to order your bloodwork and will take about 30 minutes to complete. Once we receive the paperwork, we will email instructions for making an appointment at your local LabCorp. We are only able to send these out Monday through Thursday. Any appointment made Friday- Sunday will be sent the following Monday. You will want to arrive at your blood draw in a fasting state of at least 10 hours, so we recommend making a morning appointment. When you meet with the doctor, you should arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled. If your review will be virtual, you should have access to your computer to see the report as it is reviewed with you. In this first appointment, you will review your blood work, be given an action plan for healing, and have your questions about your blood work answered.

After Your Bloodwork Review

We recommend checking in with your doctor or practitioner about a month after this appointment. This ensures the action plan they set for you is going well and nothing needs to be shifted. They will let you know if they would like to run any other specific labs as a follow-up.
