Emotional Detox
During the session, we look for emotional blockage or trapped emotions. It is a very gentle modality but can release dense emotions lodged in the body that are often causing disruption and discomfort.

Emotional Detox is a personalized session designed to release stored emotional stress and help you regain balance and clarity. Using a combination of tools such as sound, essential oils, and breathwork, this modality addresses your unique vibration and needs, facilitating emotional release and promoting positive behavioral responses.

During the session, you may experience spontaneous emotional releases or physical sensations, which will be explained beforehand. Guidance is provided on nutrition, lifestyle, and strategies to avoid triggers that can negatively impact your emotional state. Following the session, you’ll feel empowered with actionable steps to support your emotional well-being and meet your personal goals.

Nervous feelings, being negative to self, being stressed most of the time, repeating circumstances/thoughts/fears, forecasting the worst-case scenarios, trouble being in the moment, restlessness, being easily distracted, emotional eating, lack of purpose, trouble falling/ staying asleep, waking up tired, low levels of energy, mental fog or tension stuck in the body!

Did you know that unresolved emotional stress can impact both your mental and physical health? Your first Emotional Detox session is designed to help you release emotional blockages, understand triggers, and begin restoring balance to your mind and body.

Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive an email with intake forms specific to your first session. Please complete these forms within 48 hours of booking—they take approximately 30–45 minutesand allow your practitioner to prepare a session tailored to your unique needs.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early if attending in person, or reviewing your virtual setup if participating online. During the session, your practitioner will guide you through sound, essential oils, and breathwork to facilitate emotional release. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and equipped with practical strategies to support emotional resilience.

Your Next Steps

After your first Emotional Detox session, follow-up sessions may be recommended to continue releasing stored emotions, reinforce positive coping strategies, and support overall emotional well-being. Regular sessions can help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance clarity, focus, and resilience over time.
