Your first Alletest Food Sensitivity appointment is designed to be simple, efficient, and informative. Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive intake forms via email. Please complete them within 48 hours of booking—they take approximately 30 minutes and help our team tailor recommendations to your unique health needs.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your visit. During your appointment, our practitioner will explain the testing process, perform a quick finger prick sample collection, and review what your results will reveal. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to expect and how this test can help identify hidden contributors to your symptoms.

Your Next Steps

After your Alletest Food Sensitivity Test, you will schedule a Results Review appointment. During this visit, your practitioner will review your 184 Food Sensitivity Panel (IgG or IgA) results, explain what they mean for your health, and discuss how specific foods may be contributing to your symptoms.

Based on your results, a personalized nutrition and wellness plan will be outlined. This plan may include targeted food eliminations, structured reintroduction strategies, dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up visits as needed. This process ensures you have a clear understanding of your results and feel confident moving forward. Your plan is designed to help reduce inflammation, improve digestion, support mental clarity, and promote long-term balance.
