Techniques may include Cranial Release, Aroma Freedom Release, Emotion Code, Body Code, and Muscle Testing. Did you know that unresolved emotional experiences can be held within the body, affecting both how you feel and how you function? Your Trauma Release session is designed to provide a safe, supportive environment where your body and nervous system can gently let go of stored stress and trauma at a pace that feels right for you.

Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive an email with intake forms specific to your first visit. These forms should be completed within 48 hours of booking and take approximately 30–45 minutes to complete. They allow your practitioner to prepare a personalized and effective session.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in and ground yourself. During your session, Dr. Jessica will listen carefully to your needs, explain the process, and guide you through gentle techniques aimed at restoring balance and calm. You’ll leave feeling supported, lighter, and more connected to your body’s natural healing ability.
