At our office, we believe that food should be an essential part of your wellness plan. Food is medicine and can provide the nourishment your body needs to reach its highest potential.

Food Consults / Coaching provides personalized guidance to help you optimize your diet, improve overall wellness, and achieve your health goals. During your session, we evaluate your current nutrition habits, identify goals, and provide education on incorporating whole, nutrient-dense foods into your lifestyle.

Our evidence-based coaching emphasizes reducing processed or refined foods and replacing them with anti-inflammatory, nutrient-rich options. We also explore the potential healing benefits of specific superfoods to support digestion, energy, mindful eating, and long-term wellness.

New Patient Essentials

Did you know that small adjustments to your diet can have a significant impact on your energy, digestion, and overall well-being? Your first Food Consult session is designed to help you understand your current nutrition habits, identify areas for improvement, and receive personalized guidance tailored to your goals.

Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive an email with intake forms specific to your first visit. Please complete these forms within 48 hours of booking—they take approximately 45 minutes and allow our practitioner to review your dietary history and prepare for your session.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in before your appointment. During your visit, your practitioner will review your eating patterns, discuss your goals, provide practical strategies for incorporating real, nourishing foods, and answer any questions you may have. You’ll leave with actionable steps to start building healthy, mindful eating habits.

Your Next Steps

After your first Food Consult, your practitioner may recommend follow-up sessions to track progress, refine strategies, and provide ongoing support. Regular coaching helps reinforce healthy habits, overcome challenges, and continue building a diet that supports your energy, digestion, and overall wellness.
