Electrocardiogram (EKG)
Monitor Your Heart Health with Precision and Clarity.

The Electrocardiogram (EKG) is a non-invasive diagnostic test that records the electrical activity of your heart. This test helps detect conditions such as arrhythmias, heart disease, and signs of past heart damage, providing a clear snapshot of your heart’s rhythm and overall function.

At Health Inc. Wellness Center, EKG services are performed by Dr. Russell, who carefully reviews the results and explains what they mean for your cardiovascular health. Whether you are experiencing symptoms such as irregular heartbeats, dizziness, or fatigue, or have a family history of heart conditions, this test offers valuable insight for early detection and timely care.

Appointment Length:

30-60 minutes

Recommended for:

Individuals monitoring their heart health, especially those who have taken a cardio exam and are making lifestyle changes but not seeing changes. It’s ideal for those with symptoms like irregular heartbeats, dizziness, fatigue, or chest pain, and anyone with a family history of heart disease.

New Patient Essentials

Did you know that changes in your heart’s electrical activity can occur even before noticeable symptoms appear? Your EKG appointment is designed to provide a quick, painless assessment of your heart’s function while prioritizing comfort and clarity.

Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive an email with intake forms specific to your first visit. These forms should be completed within 48 hours of booking and take approximately 30–45 minutes to complete. They allow your practitioner to prepare a personalized and effective session.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in. During your visit, Dr. Russell will perform the EKG, review the findings with you, and discuss any next steps if needed. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your heart health and guidance on appropriate follow-up care.

Your Next Steps

EKG testing can be an important part of ongoing cardiovascular monitoring. Based on your results, symptoms, and medical history, Dr. Russell may recommend additional testing, lifestyle adjustments, or routine monitoring to support heart health.

Regular follow-up care allows for early detection of changes, timely intervention, and continued support of your long-term cardiovascular wellness.
