A native of Helena, AL, Sarah is a loving wife to Ben and a devoted pet mom. Outside of her role with us, she has a deep passion for coffee, books, and all things girly. Sarah is also embarking on an exciting entrepreneurial journey, launching an online boutique that reflects her love for femininity and her favorite color—pink.
For Sarah, joining Health Inc. wasn’t just about a career; it was about finding her tribe. Avery’s background in nonprofit advocacy has shaped her commitment to service. She has worked to uplift communities through outreach, education, and engagement, both locally and abroad. Holding a BA in History and Political Science from Florida State University, she has volunteered with global nonprofit organizations, broadening her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Her diverse experiences make her an invaluable force in furthering Health Inc.’s mission of holistic healing.

Her background in nonprofit work cultivated her desire to help people through her work. As a graphic designer, Janis also creates our outgoing pieces, such as our patient newsletters, product curriculum, and more. Entering the administrative field two years ago, she learned how to use her detail-oriented design methods in a supportive office role. Her experience in both creative work and office coordination makes her the perfect fit for this position at Health Inc.
Janis’s motivation and adaptable nature stem from her desire to make other people’s lives better. She believes the best way to serve your community is through genuine connection. Her passion for awareness and communication inspires her to continue learning about people, seeking out fresh perspectives, and looking for new points of view.
