Care Plans are personalized plans that have been thoughtfully designed to help you maintain your wellness journey while enjoying exclusive discounts. We offer a variety of Care Plans to cater to your specific needs and preferences. You can choose multiple plans based on the services you find most beneficial. There is a 3-month minimum on monthly care plans.

We also understand the importance of holistic wellness for families. If you’d like a comprehensive care plan for your entire family, kindly reach out to us with which plans each family member would like. Our dedicated team will be delighted to tailor a plan specifically for you and your loved ones.

We do not submit insurance with care plans.

These discounts are based on how many people you have coming into the office that are living in the same household. Email us names and ages and what plans you want, and we will respond with pricing. There is no family discount price on the monthly subscription packages.
