Acupuncture
Acupuncture takes a holistic body approach to a treatment that has been around for over 2000 years, making it one of the oldest medicines still practiced today.

Acupuncture is a gentle, non-invasive technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that supports the nervous system, restores balance, and promotes overall well-being. By placing tiny, flexible needles at strategic points along the body’s meridian lines, acupuncture activates the flow of energy, encourages the release of natural painkillers, and helps restore harmony within the body.

This versatile therapy can address a wide range of concerns, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and general wellness, while supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

Appointment Length:

20-30 minutes. 8-10 sessions are recommended per concern.

Recommended for:

Anxiety, depression, muscle aches/ pains, arthritis, gastrointestinal disorders, pelvic floor concerns, gynecological issues, fertility, insomnia, headaches/migraines, hypertension, dental pain, inflammation, nervous system support, respiratory support, allergies, digestion issues, stress, cramps, bloating, skin irritations, acid reflux, chronic pain, hot flashes.
Available for new and established patients.

Once your appointment is confirmed by Health Inc. Wellness Center, you’ll receive an email with intake forms specific to your visit. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in before your appointment. During the session, your practitioner will place thin, flexible needles at targeted points along your meridian lines, explain the process, and answer any questions. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and supported in your path toward improved health.

Wellness Transformations

Healing told in their own words.

"I had never thought about acupuncture for ongoing health maintenance until I tried it at Health Inc. What I thought was just a treatment for pain turned out to be a powerful way to maintain balance in my body. With regular acupuncture, I now experience better energy, mood stability, and stress management. It’s become a key part of my routine to keep my body healing and thriving."
"I had been struggling with debilitating migraines for years, and traditional treatments weren’t providing relief. A friend recommended acupuncture at Health Inc., and I decided to give it a try. The results were beyond my expectations. After just a few sessions, the frequency and intensity of my migraines started to lessen. I have now gone through a few other services - Laser, Ozone, Food Consults and they not only help with my migraines but also with stress, sleep, and overall relaxation. It’s a true game-changer for my long-term health."
"My teenage daughter had severe menstrual cramps that were interfering with her daily activities. We tried acupuncture and supplements and the relief was immediate. Not only did her cramps subside, but she also experienced more balanced energy throughout the month. Acupuncture has become a regular part of her routine to help with hormonal regulation, and it’s helped her so much with managing stress and emotional health too. I love that it’s a natural solution that really works."
